When you sign up you have 1 years access (unless you have used a discount code). Follow the exercises, get your pelvic floor strong and then you can maintain it.
This course is designed for you to follow at your own pace. There are 3 webinars to watch which give you the bulk of the main material. So take your time over these and you may need to watch them more than once.
Then there are some exercises to do. I advise you start with the posture exercises as posture really is key. When you feel you have mastered these and have had a chance to get to grips with your Kegels (around 2 weeks is a good length of time) then move onto the Functional Exercises.
