Exercise Library – here you will find short videos of different Pilates moves that you can use to work on your technique. The exercises are all grouped into anatomical body areas so that you can focus on strengthening on area of build a balanced sequence of exercises to do at home.

Plus you will find our Matwork Classes, 20-45 minute pilates workouts for beginners to advanced along with postnatal and pregnancy classes. New classes are added regularly.

Online Courses – this contains  “Pimp Your Pelvic Floor” along with other downloadable resources. You can also join the Everywoman course online either as a 1-1 course or a group session. This is a pelvic floor specific course that runs for 6 weeks.
